I think that Nicola put this link on here for MargaretR .......she knows that she is open to alternative therapies.....and thought that there may be other members who would find something interesting in the site too.

I appreciate Nichola's interest in my welfare.
Alternative medicine is sadly misunderstood by many.
Her research into homeopathy and my interest in nutritional therapy can result in an exchange of knowledge which will benefit us both.
I have no qualifications beyond O level biology, so nutrition is a huge learning curve for me.
For anyone else remotely interested, this site gives reasonably understandable explanations of human metabolic processes
