No mate I didn't. I was busy trying to get over the heart attack and the operation. Naturally, you think of these things afterwards, but I had no proof after I handed-in the prescription. Living outside the UK makes it more difficult anyway.

I should have done something more. I phoned the Dentist who denied all responsibility as I should have told him I had a heart condition. Only I didn't know I had anything wrong with me!

Put it down to experience!!

I have a denplan with a dentist in Blackburn. I tried to change to NHS a couple of years ago for the cheaper option but it is very difficult to get in anywhere (and one that comes highly recommended) so I have stuck with the denplan. Suppose it depends how good your teeth are but some people are definetely better off with it.

I think Acrylic Bob should book an appointment with a dentist - teeth are for life and should be looked after. (as I tell my dwarfs...)

Erm, I am forty eight years old and have all my own teeth and only one filling, the result of an accident, the rest are in fine condition - without overpriced dental care. If I have managed to look after them for all this time, I see no reason to employ some snooty git in a smock to nanny me or milk me for every penny I've got.
