An amazing Guy
 

Was watching BBC Breakfast this morning and there was a lad on there who had been badly injured in Basra, when he was blown up whilst on duty. I was said at the time that he would never walk again, but on Sunday he is attempting to do the London Marathon, to raise money for Hero's. He will do it over 13 days at two mile a day, with the aid of crutches

Yep good luck to him, i've been watching his progress on tv, he's been on a few times over the last few weeks, made me feel fat and lazy i dont mind admitting!
