Thanks to everyone who looked after me this afternoon ... the paramedics told me that an off duty paramedic looked after me till the ambulance arrived ... so whoever that was ... a big thank you ..:D

Shook my daughter up a bit but she is fine now she knows you're okay. At least your specs were okay, I tried to sell them but wasn't quick enough :D

She was of to bed before me for a change to help her recover fully. One scraped elbow and a bruised sholder was all she ended up with along with the usual bitten tongue. Will add my thanks to those who tried to let me know what was going on.

Thats it kate ... you cant do anything till the person comes round .. just clear everything away that might hurt ..put something under the head ... and leave them to it ... I do carry my mobile with me which does have ICE in it and also have made my sisters and bro my first in my mobile .. with emgy after their name ... that way if someone didnt know about ice as soon as they open my contacts list they'll see their names ...

Also i hope i havent upset Less ... yesterday afternoon when i was in the pub i said i was going home ... and less said hed look after me if i ended up on the floor ... and what did i do .. but not on the floor of the pub .. at the side of daves stall .... so sorry less i didnt put your words to the test in the pub ...:D:D:D

I am fine except for a couple of grazes ... one on my back and the elbow ... ive been weeding the front ... have only come in to make my tea ...
