Any Coverheat customers.

If anyone has a heating insurance policy with Coverheat, you need to cancel the direct debit, they have disappeared with thousands of pounds, and left many customers disappointed, we did a fair bit of work for these, so we have lost out, if there are any customers on here, give us a ring, and we will attempt to help, and keep you informed.

This is the type of thing I hate to hear about derek, its especially tough on businesses like your own in this climate derek without losing out to these firms and its hard on people who have paid for servicing and may not be able to afford to pay some one else:(

If there are any locals who have been affected, we will honour the contract, even though we have been stung ourselves, this is because I too hate the way they do this, they have used engineers on sub contract to get work done, kept on taking money until trading standards have stepped in then disappeared!
