I've never been able to understand why people like this are shielded by the law from being named, yet a bloke who's accused of rape can have his name plastered all over the press prior to any trial. In some cases where men accused of rape are found not guilty the damage has already been done, yet a woman making a false claim still gets anonymity, don't seem right to me:(

between been arrested and getting to court a lot of damage can happen to te accused and his home and in some cases a not guilty verdict can be too late and trouble can still continue afterwards for any poor sod wrongly accused

i aint planning on living that long

i dont want to out live the kids its expensive enough sorting the school uniforms out i aint paying for their funerals as well :)
