Lancs police
 
ive been on the lancs police site..they are saying they are now really with it on new tech dont ya know..they have an email us thing..ive been trying it for 3 days!!! suffering tech problems it says !!! .o yea really high tech that haaaaaa.
load of ....
it was a football related question but might have been something more important :tongueout

your probably to young to remember , but we (folks of a certain age) used to have a Chief Constable in Lancashire called Bill Palfrey , the guy didn't take crap from anyone , not sure if the guy is still alive but if he is he must be hiding under a rock in total shame at whats become of his force, and if the guy has passed on he must be turning in his grave if he can see whats become of his force

I remember him SJ, those were the good old days when feral youths got a clip round the ear and dragged home to there parents, who in turn would probably give them another just for good measure
