What great customer service i've received this week. All the plug sockets at the back of the house had blown. So we had to call out an electrician Sunday afternoon (dreaded the cost, but it was an emergency). He was there quite a few hours but couldn't find the problem, but assured us he'd be back. At 9pm that evening he rang to see if we were managing ok, plus his wife offered us the use of her freezer. He came back this afternoon and was there another few hours. Found the problem, sorted it and tidied up after himself. He charged us £20 for Sunday and another £35 for today. If anyone needs an electrician I highly recommend him. A brill electrician would have found and repaired the fault quickly on the Sunday.

A naff electrician would come out on a Sunday spend hours failing to find the fault and return 3 days later to spend another few hours finding and repairing the fault then only charge £55 for it.
