What do you expect? If I was facing his operation tomorrow I'd be a touch ill as well.

Surely this will delay proceedings? He can't be under the knife while he's ill?

So, no last minute pardon from the judge then? Proceed and be damned!

Tomorrow night you'll see him trying to lick what is suddenly missing!

He wouldn't do that Eric, he loves me too much :D As far as the op goes I've got to have it done for his sake not mine.........the poor little thing has a retained testicle, so it's a must do I'm afraid.

Just gonna take him out for his walk, fingers crossed he's ok today.....but still gonna phone the vet to make sure she'll do the op, not gonna starve him for nothing......poor little lad, not gonna be happy when he doesn't get his breakfast :(

depends eric ... if remembers my brekkie in bed .. well he'll be fine .. but if he dont :D a trip across the tops might be more in order rather than a vets ... :D:D:D

If a "trip across the tops" means anything like "heading for the hills", I think Spuggie would be well advised to head out now before he has to sign up as a soprano in the "Sound of Music" thread:eek:;)

Well got my little lad back and he is sound asleep on the settee.....his retained testicle was in his abdomen so was quite a big op, but he's had some ham and some water and gone back to sleep, so looking good....lets hope that's the end of it. Never again, what a stressful day........

He has Dave but only put it on if I have to go out...he hates it, the poor lamb, was going to go into details about the op but don't think the males on here could stand to hear whats been done to him, have only just had a proper look and it brought tears to my eyes, don't think I could have done it to him if I had known what was involved.

Well, after a terrible night..........worse than usual, arthur (the cat) kept going to mac to check he was alright, this cat pretends to hate everything and everyone........so mac got fed up with this and growled at arthur, which of course was ignored....so anyway mac has been downstairs and peed himself stupid, after which he decided he wanted his usual walk and was not amused when I wouldn't take him. The upshot is mac is doing brilliantly and thanks everyone for your concern :D

Well hopefully this is the last update on mac's op.......he had a good night, took him for a walk this morning (had to carry him for a bit) but he did really well, his wounds are healing up nicely and he goes back to vet's for his stitches out Tuesday.......thanks everyone for your concern :D

It has nothing to do with the chocolate buttons they are his wages
Mac has to come to the railway because someone has to guide lynx home after an afternoon session er research she would never be able to stagger up Burnley road on her own
