Unless they have a few good bars, a place where you can smoke your joint in peace, parking for my Harley, I ain't all that interested ... oh, and a nice, respectable whorehouse close by; one which has seniors' discounts and gives frequent flyer points:theband:

They are very popular in Arizona, with whole complexes built on this idea, but all close to existing towns. They have everything, swimming pools, gymnasiums, golf courses and usually a couple of small stores. But of course these are in what they call the sun belt, very popular and well subscribed.
