sorry im late captain but i was so cozy in my bed i thought i would have an extra 5 mins but please note that in future when tucking me in at night all stories read to me shouldnt contain any monsters or i may have nightmares

Sad but true. Over the years from the late Nineties, there has been more & more softening of the approach to training recruits, they had a Yellow/Red card system in place so if the poor young squaddies felt they were being picked on by the nasty Drill Sergeant, they could card him and the nasty man would go away. Problem is, whoever you're up against ain't playing by the depot rules. :confused: :confused:

So the Sergeant Major the soldiers dreaded devil incarnate has to now become a lovey dovey touchy feely nanny. All I can say is the British Army had better stay away from anything scarier than a paintball battle. We are now gubbed in the goonies if the PCB has entered the armed forces.
