It's a good job the driver didn't chuck his snot-soaked tissue out the window when he'd used it, otherwise this cop would have stuck another couple of hundred quid fine on top.

So, yet another lose, lose, situation for the poor motorist, if he hadn't used a tissue all his nasal fluids would have been spread over the windscreen and he would have been done for not having a clear view.

Just read in The Times that the policeman in this case--A prat called PC Stuart Gray -- Had previously fined another Ayrshire man Stewart Smith £50.This man had dropped a £10 note from his back pocket and this pathetic apology of a copper charged him with littering the pavement

Surely anyone caught littering would have to be found guilty of doing it deliberately wouldn't they?...£10 dropped on the floor by mistake...how can that be classed as littering? Beats me how they could fine anyone for that....and have it backed up by a court!
