a man had to deliver his partners baby himself after the midwife sodded off to do paper work and didn't answer the emergency panic button when repeatedly pressed by the poor guy and by the time the midwife stopped doing her paper work he had delivered the baby himself

surely the hospital isnt that under staffed they couldnt remember to check on the poor woman who was in labour and about to give birth ?
