'Mr Mattsson has been given legal advice not to talk publicly about the incident.'

A line from the article.

Err, excuse me, isn't going to the press with the story and having them post your video on line, making it pretty public?

...and here's the young numpty agreeing with parents, who think that having police go into schools, looking for knives, attacks the civil rights of their little darlings.

'Aside from noting the typically abysmal grammar – a grocers’ apostrophe and the desciption of random body searches as an ‘incentive’ rather than an ‘initiative’ – it seems the one of the major dangers here is that of having your civil liberties infringed on the basis of a (parent's language censored) argument that fundamentally misrepresents the legal authority of the Police and, especially, the school and its Headteacher.

Seems young Jules isn't that keen on the lads and lasses in our armed forces, as well as the police.

I wonder what those groups, such as the ones Bob Patefield is a member of, whose admitted intent is to antagonise and confront our police forces, will have to do now?

I've been a photographer for over 40 years and never once had a problem with police, public, kids, schools or anything else.

Because I do it legally and never antagonistically. And I've never had a problem getting the shot I want other than through a lack of talent!

Some people seem to think that they need to make a "statement" rather than take a photo.

Very well said.

For some photography is just a tool, whose sole agenda is to provoke confrontation with authority.
