Not wanting to speak ill of the living, but Ronnie Biggs also seems to have avoided kicking the bucket so far, after being released early from his sentence last August, when he was supposed to be approaching death's door.

Maybe when these two miscreants got to 'Deaths Door'....death decided he didn't want them to sully his fine establishment, and turned them away.
