He is a genius.
He's called Julian Beever and a few years ago he did a piece in Higherford Mill in Barrowford.
You can't see the whole picture here, I'll try to dig the better pics out.

We have a local lad who earns a living creating the same sort of effect on walls.
He is Andrew Johnstone who lived next door to me in the 80s on Dill Hall with his dad, Bernard (ex fireman).
Andrew is the same age as my son and they are friends still, even though Andy has lived in San Francisco for quite a few years now. He is a member here - Burningman - but just tends to look occasionally.
