The Green Party vs the Nation Estate

Hmmm, the Green Party have just posted a clip on YouTube featuring the Daleks and a rabbit with laser beam eyes.

Not quite sure what that has to do with voting Green but the Nation Estate who owns half copyright of the Daleks will not be happy. They're notoriously litigious but I suppose with a week to go the Greens need all the coverage they can get.

Daleks represented in colours of the 3 "Major" parties being exterminated by the Greens. Thereby inferring the old staid parties are like mindless automatons who keep blundering along without thought or forbearance with just the one aim in their "Lives". The (Doctor) Greens will save the World & us all

Old Marge R will be in her element over that one :D Still laser beaming Rabbits ! Hardly Eco-Friendly if you ask me, probably Nuclear somethinged or other !!

It was just the image of a cybernetically-enhanced rabbit (either that or GM, whichever is worse) blowing the tops off three Daleks. Can't see the peace-loving eco-friendly side of their party from that.

However, your semiotics have given us a beautiful insight into what the thing actually means Dave, but as an episode of Doctor Who it's awful....

Please be careful who you insult when you generalise with your posts.

I may be a knob & full of my own self importance, but I object to the idea that, this makes me Green!

:(

Don't forget the discriminatory and warmongering nature of their campaign.

Daleks are people too, although the Greens support a number of them coming into Great Britain with valid work permits.

It's a bit like the Enid Blyton book, Ten Little Daleks, that was renamed And Then There Were None so as not to offend Davros.

A victory for Dalek equality, I'd say.

Although this amnesty has now opened the floodgates for 600,000 Daleks to bring one family member each into Great Britain.

Are we talking about the amnesty where if you are an illegal alien that has been here for 10 years without committing a crime then you get to stay?

If so, doesn't the term illegal immigrant sort of say, well they've committed a crime?

Or is this a different amnesty?
:D

The main thing that glares at me about this amnesty business is the fact that they can stay if they can prove they haven't committed a crime.

If they'd committed a crime then presumably we'd know where they were already?

Why not try to promote your own parties policies instead of ripping to bits others?

Unless you think your party has no policies worth promoting

Lighten up a bit, it's hardly the most serious thread on the forum, is it?
