With the best will in the World CS the law states that the poll closes at 10pm, 15 hours of polling, unless there is a genuine case of election irregularity there is nothing anybody can do

Calm down, I'm sure Daily Mail is in the swear filter,
It's the same as any other product, I agree they had 15 hours in which to vote, not really any excuse for the organisers? Surely they can expect a rush on the only day in 5 years folk can vote can't they?

As it is you are attacking a post asking about ballot papers, how on earth can you run out if 2,000 are entitled to vote in a specific area then have 2,000, or are we back to the D**** M*** type waffle and perhaps they gave what they thought were spares to their mates?

Sorry John
but we do have a constitution, and have so since the mid 1600's, and it cannot be repealed.
It only comes to light occasionaly when it suits some fancy lawyers case, most of the others and a hell of a lot of those bananas in goverment wish it didn't exist.
Like bananas going into storage,
politicians go in green turn yellow and come out bent.
Retlaw.
