Rip Off Britain
 

Blackpool today, went on West St car park (above BHS). Only needed 30 minutes but had to pay for 2 hours - minimum charge, £2.30. Another example of the establishment ripping off ordinary folk?

Talbot Rd (above the bus station) does`nt cost much more than that for the day!!!!

or better still don't go in the car, your a pensioner, go on the bus for free AND it's better for the environment (yes i know you probably havent got a free bus pass for this country)

It isn't free this year - costs a pound
That way, a count can be kept of the numbers who used it, and the subsidy will match that usage.

thats still not bad though Margaret, just think of the cost of petrol and then the parking on top if you go in a car

I'm flying from Blackpool airport for my hols this year and have had to pay an extra £12.00 (each) to go towards their car park revamp and I am not even using their sodding car park!:eek:
