Never mind expenses, if they refuse to take the oath of loyalty to the Queen required of all MP's then they should not be able to be MP's and whoever was second in the election should be the MP

Thats more like fairness!, whilst there at it, stop paying expenses to ANY M.P. that does not attend (fer no valid reason) after all were all in this together.:rolleyes:
