Why would anyone with that many sexual convictions over 30 years be allowed to be free. It is obvious to me that past punishments have not done anything to stop him reoffending so he should be locked up forever.

But what is most peculiar is this comment, taken directly from the Lancashire Cconstaulary website:

"...He is banned from associating with children unless they are unaccompanied by an adult over 21."

they should bring in a new sport to my mind Paedo Hunting, whilst quite a few are against fox hunting, shouldn't be much opposition to this.

How does this work out? a bloke has 19 convictions related to pedo activities yet he more or less has been released back into society.. i'm not condoning bank robbers and such but if you nick alot of money you get 20yrs+.. something don't add up

this will happen and continue to happen for as long as the law refuses to exectue them.Sadly a small minority think this to be unaceptable and the minority always seem to win
