My apologies, how on Earth could I get the capital of Hyndburn wrong?

I was part of a photoshoot yesterday to celebrate 10 years of Area Management although the Leader made it quite clear that it was really 10 years of Oswaldtwistle Area Council, leaving all the other ward representatives to feel like spare parts.

Still, at least that smile he gave when the Mayor arrived and somewhat stole the limelight was utterly genuine.....

I'll certainly be listening as the Leader will decide who gets to talk and have the last word on everything, as usual.

If it's all the same to you, I'll learn from people I have at least a passing respect for, such as yourself.
