This only happens in this country, the more stories I read like this, the more I think its time to scrap all the law books and start again, with new laws designed for the 21st century not the 19th :mad:

i think teh foreign student system should be scrapped entirely until govenment is preppared to make sure everyone in this country gets a fair shot at further education

Or at least make sure that those coming here as students are bonafide, the government were trying to do something to solve the problem but have been overruled by the law lords:mad:

It is unlikely that you would find British (UK) students on these courses. There are a great number of them that are totally bogus and only pretend to offer a course - at a very high cost, to enable the foreigner to obtain a student visa - They are not attending normal Universities and Colleges.

well they weren't trying that hard were they? judge said it requires an act of parliment, so they can stop pontificating n introduce one if serious.:rolleyes:

It's suprising how many of these institutions of learning are above take-aways in Manchester.
