Be imaginative at breakfast - you don't have to eat bread every day.
I don't eat cereals other than porridge.
Oat biscuits (non sweet type) are nice spread with cream cheese.

I must admit Margaret i love Oat Biscuits, but i'm afraid i usually have them rather later at night with some cheese and a nice glass of red wine!
