Since 1997 over 3000 new criminal offences were brought to bare on the statue books some without even being discussed in parliament, considering it cost around £2000 bring even a minor offence before the court and the fines are at most £1000(which again cost a fortune to collect) Some of these so called crimes are a total joke and it really needs sorting out
