Mobile phone companies - junk mail
 

In the past week I have had two items of mail addressed to 'Andrew Smith' from mobile phone companies.

The first one was from 'giffgaff' (never heard of them!) and contained a sim card.

Today I have had a similar mailing from Tesco Mobile.

Is anyone here getting similar stuff?
(which just shows that it is devious marketing methods)

or, is there a real Andrew Smith out there who has used my address mischieviously?

there could be an andrew smith out there with your same postcode ... but they've addressed it wrongly ... have had that with bt .. they had my postcode .. and instead of sending bills to my address they sent them to another one nearby ... which i only found out when i rang them up asking why they hadnt sent a bill ...

Thanks for that info - I only know the people in this block and the next block down, but all 24 flats have the same postcode.
I will ask my neighbour who knows most of them.

giff gaff are part of O2and do some decent PAYG packages.....
