saw in the paper today that Geoff Little has passed away.

for those who remember he used to run the scratty scrapyard come second hand motorbike shop under the railway on scaitcliffe street.

i used to spend hours in there mooching over the scrap and sometimes whole bikes. i even managed to trade my moped for a 100cc kawasaki at a decent price. he was someone who encouraged my biking desires and for that i will be always grateful and carry the memories with great fondness.

RIP fella, you were a gent

RIP Geoff,
Was a real character, I remember the bike place, he later had the shop at the bottom of Willows lane selling and repairing lawn mowers, it's not too long ago it closed, my thoughts go to his family as well, know his son very well
