Last orders on BBurn rd...

has this become the new haunt of gypsies?

vans were parked up there for the past few weeks day and night and now there's caravans parked at the bottom of portland street too (where the boarded up housing is)

9am on weds i walked past and i'm sure someone was waiting for it to open up!

As Scaithcliffe St is the gateway( so to speak) to the Council Yard and the new Tesco I don't think we need to worry on that score.:alright:

The pub however does seem from time to time to attract a large band of Tinkers from the Emerald Isle(diplomatic eh) Not to be confused with gypsies.:).

That was a pre-arranged funeral party(wake).

Must say it didn't impress the regulars but it was agreed with the pub owners.

I'll let someone else explain to you the difference between (tinkers) and gypsies.

Or you could google it.I can't be bothered I already know.
