Humour

Had a bit of a argument over humour at work today. It seems that some believe it changes as you get older yet some like myself believe it stays the same. We did agree that there are times that it is needed esp when things are to put it politely looking grim at work. Ok a few members here no what mine is like and that of others but lets take it based those we know that are non members. Is there a good time for it or a bad time or does it not matter?

I think it stays the same,I still like to have a laugh as much as the next person. As for a good time for it and a bad time for it,what the hell anytime is a good time for having a joke :)

Re: Humour

i took the option of losing it as being losing his/her mind .... and seeing as t'other half lost his mind a long long time ago ... tho he did have a moment of sanity when he asked me out ... when i said yes that was my one moment of insanity ....:D:D:D

Seems to be how it runs at work at the moment. We seem to have more time to laugh and joke around. :o

:mad:Well, I don't find this thread funny at all. If it's supposed to be funny why isn't it in anything goes? If it's supposed to be a serious thread why, is it called humour?
Shouldn't there also be a choice in the poll that says, I've never found humour amusing, I'm an accywebber?:mad:

I think it becomes drier and more subtle as you get older.

Laughter is also health promoting , as well as fun .

I'm blessed.

In that I've always had the gift of being able to laugh at the misfortune of others.

Now that is what I am talking and asking about. Accywebbers now each others humour and what to expect.

The point I should have made is does it help when things aint going well.
