I reckon he is a scouser.. likes a sunbed..got his bike nicked by his mates so claimed 500 sovs..moved his family into a multi bedroom house at the expense of the tax payer.. turns up for work at 11am and shoves off at 2pm...talks crap and looks like a lizard.:).... seems pretty clear to me.. a scouser! :rolleyes:

That saying has more recently been linked to good old Michael Winner and his Saga insurance ads which of course you won't have seen in Deutschland :rolleyes:
