Eric, there will always be ladies of dubious reputation who will do what they can to feather their nest(no pun intended).......and these stupid footballers/actors/celebs think with what is in their pants pocket...they should be able to spot them coming a mile off....with their cleavage showing and their puddings boiling over.......if they didn't get into the situation in the first place, then there would be no chance of them being held to ransom.

Yes, there still is a law against blackmail, but I think in this situation they deserve all they get.......I can find no sympathy in my heart for them......for their wives, perhaps, for their children certainly, but for these guys who can't keep it in their drawers.......Not a chance!

Yes these super-injunctions are a rich man's law, but I only have a problem with the ones that conceal hypocrisy on the part of the person seeking the injunction. If, for example, they are in a position of power arguing about how the rest of us should live our lives, while they are doing something contrary to that in private, then I have no sympathy with them.

The names I've seen bandied about on Twitter (footballers, actors, comedians etc) are people who, in the main are trying to protect themselves from tabloid gossip and tittle tattle, and I say good luck to them if they can put a stop to it.

And their excuses are usually to protect the family, pity they didn't do that before the trousers came off

I don't buy the argument that super-injunctions are a rich man's law. No one give a flying you-know-what about what poor folks do; so the equaltiy thing isn't an issue.
