Re: Who Stole The Fair Signs?
The fair, on Harvey Street and White Ash playing fields had put up the signs around Ostwaldtwisle and the latest one to be stolen was on Union Road near to the Co-op.
Just a shame they could not detect the first one.:D:D |
Re: Who Stole The Fair Signs?
Fly posting without a permit is illegal
Cleaner Communities - Fly Posting Fly- posting without a permit is illegal under the Highway Act 1980, the Town & Country Planning Act 1990, the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 and the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005. It makes an area messy and untidy. Most local councils have a zero tolerance policy on fly- posting. Since the police consider the removal is an offence, someone gave a permit - who? |
