Jeanette Winterson asks: Did NASA really land on the Moon?

Jeanette Winterson asks if NASA really went to the Moon in 1969. Listen to her program here from Radio 4 - July 2009:

Sorry the BBC pulled the video from youtube as it is copyright - Neil

and wonders if it was a hoax - that the human race has never been on the moon.

Re: Jeanette Winterson asks: Did NASA really land on the Moon?

There has been discussion on this forum before about this.

I quoted Jay Weidner who concludes that Stanley Kubrick supplied the film footage which was shown on TV when the first moon landing happened, allegedly.

Boeing Guy has met an astronaut and vehemently insists that the landing happened and was as shown.

Every time the topic emerges I delve a bit more and find the 'rabbit hole' has no end.
There are now reasons to suspect the moon is hollow and that there are both human and alien bases on the dark side, and on the inside.

....and there are ways of getting there that do not involve rocket technology (the Montauk experiment)

thanks Margaret for saving me the trouble of rehashing a old thread.
I will not be drawn into this silly argument.
That said I would like to ask: Did Jeanette Winterson actually take a degree in Astro Physics, or Rocket Science??? or maybe it is in talking B@@@@@ks

The town's most high-profile daughter.

Made Accrington infamous when her semi-autbiographical novel, Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit, was televised on the B.B.C. in 1990. Depicting her life in the town, growing up amongst Christian fundamentalists.

I'll have to finger through an old copy, and check.

Mmm what would life be like without the moon? Nights would be very dark.... people love a mystery... but looking at the footage now of them on the moon - it looks fake, they resemble the Telly Tubbies running about...

The only problem is that how did they keep it quiet?

I have read quite a bit about the 'remote viewing' programme experiments by USA black ops, so if Ingo Swann and Al Bielek are telling the truth, then there are.

It is possible - and nowadays, if something is possible, it likely has happened.

Al Bielek has come up with a lot far out claims that he travelled through time also.

Can you remote view Margaret?

Doubt it.

They didn't have conspiracy theorists in the 1890's.

The only zealots the Victorians' had, who 'knew' they were always right, and all nonbelievers were always wrong, were religious nutters.

Keep the faith.

Peace be with you.

It was alright for Oscar Wilde to talk about being in the gutter when he was born with a silver spoon up his jacksy!

There you go again making out I'm a conspiracy theorist! :D

Though it's fact, rather than conspiracy, that both himself and his family, died in the gutter.

In his case, a shabby Parisian hotel.

Though sadly it was decorated with a foul floral wallpaper, rather than a celestial inspired pattern, because it would have brought us neatly back on topic.

Keep the faith.

Thing is his actions wrecked his wifes life - he had no regard for her and probably used her as a front for respectability.

I really don't understand what you're jabbering on about now.

As for Oscar Wild, it was vanity, and the arrogance of believing he was always right, which were his downfall.

A lesson some would be wise to heed.

Keep the faith.

So Jeanette Winterson did a radio show on Astrophysics, wow would be worth listening to that. I wonder if she has any knowledge about the principals of flight and while we are at it thrust vs drag. I would find that very interesting.

All i can find from her, is some ramblings on the Moons influence in culture and a brief mention of conspiracy theory.
