I'm still confused as to why you are setting this website up, and how much you will check the information given is correct ?

I was looking for feedback on experiences dealing with companies. We all have experience in life, some more some less, does that really matter when the question was about company dealings? As for my attitude, I asked a simple question that produced hostility and questioned my motives. If you didn't feel the need to answer the question then why reply with such a negative response. As seasoned forum users then surely you would relies the negative impact you have with such tedious petty comments. As an adult, I find it better to speak to people in a far more welcoming way, and not try to ostracise people. It's a shame that today's society is so interested in the motives of others instead of concentrating on their own behaviour and setting a friendly example. Disgusted, is putting it lightly.

Very contradictory. Rather thananswer the questions you blame everybody else too.

You critiscise people for being negative but you are hoping to start a website for 'Companies That Let Us Down'. What about being positive and have one for 'Companies We Praise' ? ;)

Why not then talk to the companies who have let you down and solve it that way. As a business we don't always get it right, but we would rather have customers tell us that so we can sort it out :)

Lol... the website will cover both sides but as proved it is far easier to get a response from people with a complaint.
As your in business your self I can appreciate you would like to speak directly, again another idea that is currently being addressed.
As for information, any post allowed to run on the site would have to be checked according to reciept verifacation, problem and any pending chance the issue can be sorted out.
As this is just an idea I feel people may find useful, the cost would have to be offset via advertising.
As for being negative, far from it, i'm sure you can appreciate the positivity required to take on any new venture....
Not contradictory just careful and concious enough to guard the future of a pending idea that may or may not be developed.

Cashman, plain speaking is fine and dandy, as for being up my own arse..... it's not me with the suspicious mind, and the ignorance to attack someone you know nothing about. Your opinions is fine.... yours I aint interested in unless you can have an adult conversation... as for fitting in.... I do just fine, lmao.

Err um "someone you know nothing about", isn't that what we have been saying, there are people on here who have been round the block a time or two and you are not the first person that has come on here, without introducing themselves first and then start making suggestions that we furnish them with negative things we have experienced. Why would I want to tell you, somebody I don't know from Adam, who hasn't had the decency to make a proper introduction, about my poor experiences with local or even national companies. There are right and wrong ways to approach a site as a new member, I'm afraid to selected the wrong one

It's a bit like a cold caller knocking at the door trying to sell me something or an unsolicited telephone survey - both unwelcome to me.
