Just read on the BBC website that you guys are generous enough to give one and a half billion pounds to Libya. That's mighty nice of you. Things must be going well over there if you can afford to throw away that kind of money.:rolleyes: I suppose that this is on top of the cost of sending the RAF over there. However, I do suppose that some of you have some input on how the money could have been better spent:D Maybe you should send some money to the US to help them clean up after Irene.:alright:

Err...Eric....have you been on the Bomber already? Surely it's only half one your time? Get yourself a few cups of strong coffee, try and get sober and then read the article in full. The money the RAF is flying out there are simply dinar notes that a UK company printed six months ago. It's paper, mate - nowt else.

oh well then they can give it to us for sticking our nose into business that isnt any of ours.

it would be nice to be given money for sticking our nose into where its not wanted for a change instead of paying out .

could call it the " stuck beak in tax " or something which can be applied to any country that gets our help regardless of it is any of our business or not :)
