Grey bins
 

Around the borough new grey bins have appeared. Some are single and some are treble. There is one on King St appears to have been dumped on the pavement.Great when you are pushing a wheelchair. There is already enough stuff on the pavements.
I thought permission was needed before dumping on the pavement.
What are they, a new Dr.Who theme.

Any chance of a picture please so we can all see them?

I don't suppose they are a metre cubed and full of water?

Yep, emergency wtaer supplies, some folk obviously walk round with their eyes shut.:rolleyes:
