whalley road / hyndburn road junction

which IDIOT has designed the new traffic island at the bottom of Heys Lane, the chance of turning a 60 ft articulated truck right towards accrington is impossible, the new traffic island directs you towards Clitheroe, I will give it a week before the bollards or lights are demolished. No doubt this as designed by somebody with a degree, pity they didn't get a degree in common sense

Duggie these people are architects, common sense is not on the agenda, the only time the traffic lights at Church commercial do anything for traffic flow is when they aren't working, but I suppose they have to justify their telephone numbers salary somehow;)

Thats not how it works, they buy a packet of white dots from Staples, scatter them across a street plan, and if one lands on a road junction, its then passed to the Works Dept for the next round of road cockups.
When that doesn't get the desired result they resort to a Ouijah board.
