Accrington Observer - Credit Where Due

Not seen anything mentioned, but I think a bit of credit deserves to be aimed at the Accrington Observer for thier Shop Local campaign.

I think I read it was the week before Christmas, the vouchers for I-Candy will appear in the paper.
