clayton triangle
It looks like the clayton triangle housing project has started, last week the police and fire brigade oversaw the removal of the remaining scrap cars from the former AAA Recovery site, and today large diggers moved in and started dismanteling the burned out shell of the old Planit Kitchens. Anyone who has to negotiate the gridlocked junction at the Hare and Hounds will appreciate the extra traffic this will eventually generate.

As an aside the boss of AAA is now a partner along with H.B.C. and British Waterways in the construction of the homes set to go within the clayton triangle. The homes will start at mill street, Whalley Road, go along the canal until it reaches the Sea cadets headquarters |
