Nine Virtues
 

We have had a thread about 'seven deadly sins', and there are ten commandments.
Instead of being so negative saying 'thou shalt not':rolleyes:
...admire yourself for having some of the nine virtues.
...it's time to 'accentuate the positive...', and feel good about yourself.

1 Courage
2 Truth
3 Honour
4 Fidelity
5 Discipline
6 Hospitality
7 Self Reliance
8 Industriousness
9 Perseverance

This is not a poll- too may folk claiming to have all nine will cause #2 to be a lie

I rate low on '8'(Industriousness), but very high on '7'(Self Reliance) and '2'(Truth) - haven't told a lie for nine years, honest:D.

I am truly a virtuous person - ask anyone who knows me...
But :
1. I'm a coward
2. I tell lies
3. Am thoroughly disreputable
4. I have sometimes been un-faithful
5. I am the epitomy of indiscipline
6. The older i get the more I prefer my own company
7. I am clingy and very needy of my friends
8. Lackadaisical is my middle name
9. I am inconstant and only pester if it serves my own ends.... :rolleyes::D

Less virtue more virtuosism? Live life to the full:D;):D

very low on 7-self reliance, but usually know a man that can.:D not sure about 1-courage, if don't give a rats n stupidity count then its a yes, the rest i'm ok wi.

Instead I have my three (saving) graces.

Kelly, Jones, and Fields.
