Maybe if he opened it more and controlled the headless chickens that now run HBC (not my words may I add) things would be better and more open;)

Give them time to settle down a bit. They have gone from thinking everything the last lot were doing was wrong and they would do it differently, to realising they cant do everything all at once with the resources they have.

Labour say its about showing the people of Hyndburn that the Council is not run by one person but is run by them all making decisions together.

A big criticism, on here at least, is that one man made the decisions when the Tories were in power.

I am easy either way as long as what needs doing gets done.
