Errm, excuse me for being a bit pedantic at this juncture, but doesn't "one way in and one way out" imply more than one means of access or egress? And weren't these blocks built by HBC? And, I'm just being picky, I know, but are Smoke Detectors really adequate substitutes for Fire Exits ?

Anyway, if you want a free smoke detector you can give the Dynamic Duo a ring on the Bat-Phone 392827.

Excuse my ignorance here A-bob but what have smoke alarms (advantagious though they be) got to do with crime busting?
