Is The Party Over?

Scientists want to ban helium balloons at parties as they claim there is a shortage of the gas for experiments:-

Whatever am I going to do?
Without helium balloons to blame folk will discover that the irritating squeeky voice they hear is actually my own, and not the result of breathing in the inert gas from these balloons!

Start a thread called 'Why I love the EU' or 'Immigrant hermaphrodite benefit claimants' and the hot air generated will soon fill those balloons.

Scientists will soon be demanding a ban on people keeping monkeys and rabbits.

As there aren't enough of them to put make-up on, and give them little ciggies to chain-smoke.
