i never sat in a bus till i was like 12-13 adn when i was like 8 i used to think wow riding on a bus must b soo expensive

I remember it when there wwas a barage ballon on the site. I saw it struck by lightening twice. Made a beautiful fire work display.

I remember the old cinema - my mum was manageress when it was closed! I think the Arndale opened in '91 which would've made me 9 - I think I went to the opening cos I remember getting a window sticker, but I don't remember much about it. I always thought the clock was a bit strange - but it was certainly different and you couldn't help but watch it when it opened!
