Traffic Chaos.

Anyone coming into to accy from Rising Bridge avoid that route like the plague, Traffic is backed up from Motorway right into accy centre, has been since we went that way just after 10-30 this morning.:eek: The motorway from the big roundabout at rising bridge is completely closed going oer coppice to Huncoat, so everything is diverted through accy,:eek:

We went up around 10-30 this morning ian was not too bad twas only coming into accy, we couldn't figure it out at that stage. Meself i would risk coming up from accy to your place, Yeh may be stuck ages top of hollins trying to get across.;) We went right around roundabout n oer past Farmers Glory just now to get back twas that bad.

Apparently they shut the bypass off after a serious car accident this morning. Cue the further chaos to town centre traffic. Just everyone involved in the accident is okay.

The missus was out with Max this afty and spoke to someone who lives at High Riley. Allegedly there was a five car smash up and a fatallity

Anyone thinking of traveling by train today please check in advance there has been a landslide and most of the Blackpool South and York trains are being canceled.
also Colne trains are being delayed because of flooding:D

I know. Realised that after I posted. Was waiting for someone to point it out. 10 out of 10 for lack of observation on my part. Then again my wife is always accusing me of not knowing what day it is.
