Just seen this. Does this mean we will have to lose it on Accyweb? Last thing Roy needs is getting sued!

as far as i can see AW has a like link not a like button but it does seem to be a strectch this case but teh way some courts work it wouldnt shock me if the case was won although facebook may just pay them to go away or crush them like gnats or even bury them in paperwork

the next lawsuit will be to sue anyone using teh word thankyou

some people will grasp at any straw no matter how short if tehres a chance of making a few quid

How long do these patents go back? The "like" on accyweb is very much like "thanks" on other forums. A feature that is not new as far a I know....
