I was told by an owner of a mobile butty van that gypos cut through the chain on their generator and nicked it whist it was running .When the informed the boys in blue they were told they couldn't prosecute as the gypos were of no fixed abode.

note to self - before robbing bank ensure i am no fixed abode

maybe thats why MP's get away with been so crooked.They have various addresses so technically no fixed abode which exempts them from prosecution

as for teh caravan id set fire to it and leave it up to the occupants as to if they wished to remain inside it or not
