Well, I suppose you could call it progress. After all in Stalins' day they'd just have shot them.

Aren't our government lucky in that we have no balls as a country anymore. Yes sir, no sir, can I clean your bottom sir seems to be the order of the the day. Why don't we all doff our caps to our 'superiors' as in earlier days? It's about time that we got our gonads back as a country and kicked us back in to a country to be proud of.
