A Budget for Makers, Doers and Savers.
 
That's me OK then all I have to do is quaff 100 pints and I've saved a pound..
All boxes ticked. ;)

So he's going to cap welfare spending is he,Hmmm.
I notice there's no mention of bold new initatives to stop tax avoidance/evasion.
The cap on welfare should start at the top with officials expenses.....lead by example I believes the term.
We can't trust any of them nowadays.

I think you might have come up with an idea for a good design for the reverse of the new 2 pound coin: A large trough with a pig's snout.;)
