Thank you Less. In truth, this thread should not be necessary. There is a link to the competition at the start of the competition thread.
We are in very real danger of losing this competition unless more people take an interest.
Even if they do not want to take pictures and enter, it takes little effort to vote....and voting makes it worthwhile for those of us who do enter.....I am one of them.
So please, take a few minutes of your time....and vote.

Might I suggest that everyone interested in encouraging others to vote/join in, add the link to their signature? (Added it to mine as an example).
Then all that needs to be done is when he puts on the new competition all Mick has to do is wander around the site and update the links?

Thanks Frank. It is the same every competition. No wonder Mick gets exasperated(he hasn't said he does, but I know I would feel like my efforts were not valued and it would exasperate me).

Being as you're an international vagrant! (In the nicest possible sense :)) Your wanders around the World would definitely throw up some cracking photo opportunities I'm sure. Well worth displaying to us ground pounders! ;)

I was thinking just the same Dave, I have some stunning shots of Sunrise/Sunset and even the Earth Terminator (Night/Day).

Si....in the meantime, you could always put them on the thread 'Today in Pictures'.....where they would be welcomed.
I hope you DO join the next comp. It is always good to get people involved.....whether that be by entering a pic or by taking the time to look at what has been entered......and then voting.

I should have known, Okay Marg I will see what I can do over the next few days. I will have to hunt them down!
I will enter the next one, we have thousands of Digital snaps, I just have to turn the external drive on though.
